Identification Card (ID card): Temporary card : A temporary will be issued on the date of joining. Blue lanyard is given for team members. For team members working from campus, an Access card will be issued along with a temporary id card. Permanent ID card : Permanent ID cards will be issued within 5 working days. The ID cards will contain the information such as the individual's name, photograph, Emergency Contact number, Blood group. Atithi card: An Atithi card is issued to all the visitors/vendors - White lanyard. Adhyapak card: An Adhyapak card is issued to the teachers from schools who come to campus for classroom sessions/training purposes - Green lanyard. Vidyarthi card: Vidyarthi card is issued to the students who come to campus for attending different classroom sessions/workshops - Green lanyard. Except Permanent ID cards, all other cards will be issued/collected back by the security at the entrance. Access Control: Access cards are used by assigning specific access privileges to each individual to enter different areas and track movements for security and accountability purposes. Replacement: If any team member loses a card, Rs.250 (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) will be charged to issue a duplicate card. All members are advised to display ID cards while on campus.
