It is the policy of Prayoga to ensure that any employee whose employment is being terminated (voluntarily or involuntarily) undergoes a smooth separation process. The exit interview shall be held at the time of the employee’s discharge and records of separation shall be maintained. The interview will be conducted by the HR executive.

The objectives of the exit interview are as follows:
To determine the exact reason for an employee’s resignation.
To discover any grievances the employee may have about the department in order that corrective action(s) may be taken care;
To discover any misunderstandings the employee may have had about his/her job, or with his/her supervisor(s)/reporting officer in order that corrective action(s) may be undertaken;
To retain the goodwill of the employee toward the organisation:
To review administrative details with the employee such as benefits, continuation rights and conversion privileges, if any, final pay, re-employment policy, and to recover if any financial dues.
To arrange for the return of any property/books which has not been returned to the department/Library in-charge.
PROCEDURE:
When an employee announces his/her intention to resign, the reporting manager should schedule an exit interview for the employee with the HR within a period of 3 days.
When a decision has been made to terminate an employee, the employee should meet with the reporting manager for an exit interview as soon as possible, as appropriate.
During the exit interview, the HR will seek to meet all objectives listed in this Exit Interview Policy statement
The departing employee will complete the Exit Interview Form (sample below) as thoroughly as possible.
The HR Department may disclose or discuss information obtained during the exit interview to the Reporting manager in order to investigate any allegation(s) made and/or to be made aware of emerging problem(s).
Full and Final Settlement (FFS): will be processed on completion of notice period by the 10th of subsequent month.
In Lieu of notice period not being served by employee/consultant/ trainee , one month gross salary will be deducted on a prorated basis or as per the discretion of the HR department.
In case any employee goes on unauthorized leave for more than 6 days, then the reporting manager should bring it to the notice of HR. The HR department will communicate to the respective departments to establish necessary business controls.
All employees must provide the below mentioned declaration along with other separation/ exit formalities.
